After travelling three states in the last twenty four hours, my heart calls out to the truest of them all. Himachal.

I developed a great fascination for the place while I was quite young. It is one of those visual memories where snow-capped mountains equivalent to peace.

Apart from Kinnaur, I have travelled the state extensively and can only confirm that it had grown on me tremendously. If it is the people who make the place, Himachal must be made of lovers. Himachalis greet everyone on the road and especially know how to be enterprising to tourists out of the state. Though I’ve always assumed myself a part of this state, I cannot remember the people disapproving even once.

If there is one place you go this year, make it any place in Himachal Pradesh. This life is truly under-rated, until you experience Love.
